Please complete this application to be considered for a rental of the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center’s Main Hall or Youth Annex.

By submitting this application you understand that you are sharing your interest and your rental is NOT confirmed until you have completed a Rental Agreement with the Rental Coordinator or Programs & Events Manager.

REMINDER: All events must end no later than 10pm. You may extend your event end time to 11pm for an additional fee.
This time reflects your ENTIRE reserved time for the facility, NOT just your event time. Be sure to consider necessary setup and cleanup time. Reservations cannot extend beyond 12am.
