Planning an event? The SCCC Main Hall, Youth Annex, and Wischemann Hall offer spaces for occasions of all sizes. Memorable weddings, quinceaneras, bar mitzvahs, company holiday parties, nonprofit events have been celebrated here for decades. To find out about availability and rates once live gatherings are permitted by the county, contact SCCC@SEB.ORG.

Currently the Sonoma County Health Officer has extended the Health Order for people to shelter-in-place safely in their homes until further notice.

To our renters that have upcoming dates booked with us, we will be in contact with you regarding your event and any postponements or cancellations due to the Coronavirus.

Annex Special Event (80 max)

The Annex is a mid-size event space with bamboo floors, high ceiling, double door access to a beautiful outdoor deck, serving kitchenette area, and a foyer for making a grand entrance. Side room included for catering. An Event Host will be present to assist with your needs. Renters are responsible for their own set up and break down. This package requires special event insurance for an additional $130.

Wedding (80 max)

This space is ideal for a small intimate wedding. Our Annex Main Room is a mid-size space with a bamboo floor and high ceilings with lots of room for your dining guests. The Terrace, which overlooks the adjacent ponds and marshes of the Laguna de Santa Rosa, is right off the main room and can also be the set up for a gathering space, think cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the ceremony! Your catered meal can be set up in our serving room with a kitchenette, while the foyer makes for the perfect grand entrance. Your rental package includes set up and break down time. An Event Host is assigned to you for the duration of your event. Renter is responsible for setting up and breaking down. Special event insurance included with this package.

Nonprofit Fundraiser Saturday (max 320 guests)

Consider your next big fundraiser here! Our Main Hall is a welcoming 4600 sq ft of space. The rental of this space also includes the use of the adjacent room (30×30), which is the perfect setting for your silent auction or bar/beverage area. Your rental package is a total of 6 hours, which includes set up and break down time. An Event Host is assigned to you for the duration of your event. Renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down of the event. You can purchase insurance through us for $175, or provide your own insurance certificate. If you are serving alcohol while minors are present, an additional Event Host will be required.

Quinceañera (max 320 guests)

A special time in a young lady’s life needs the perfect place for this celebration! Our Main Hall has 4600 square feet of space to gather friends and family from near and far to create everlasting memories. Plenty of room for your buffet set up, dining for guests and plenty of dance space on the hardwood floor. The performance stage is perfect for the DJ or bands. High ceilings, lighting, and yes, a disco ball are great features too. Your rental includes use of the adjacent room which is perfect for beverage/bar setup. An Event Host is assigned to you for the duration of your event. Renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down of the event. This package requires special event insurance at an additional cost of $175. If you are serving alcohol while minors are present, an additional Event Host will be required.

A large 4600 square foot space with high ceilings, a disco ball (Oh YES!) and a great floor where guests can dance the night away. A performance stage is perfect for the DJ or maybe your uncle likes to sing? Whatever it is, we can accommodate. The adjacent room is perfect for an open bar. The venue is surrounded by beautiful paths that take you around the Laguna de Santa Rosa, perfect for an evening stroll before or after your big day. Your rental package is a total of 12 hours, which includes set up and break down time. An Event Host is assigned to you for the duration of your event. Renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down of the event. Also included is special event insurance. If you are serving alcohol while minors are present, an additional Event Host will be required.
