In this four-part series, we explore rhythm, sound and vibration as pathways for
connection — to nature, to ourselves, and to community. Through deep listening,
simple rhythm-making, playful practice, participants are invited to engage with the
natural cycles that shape our lives.

Held in a safe and intentional circle, this offering is experiential rather than
performance-based, welcoming all levels and all bodies. No musical experience is
necessary. Hand drums and other handheld percussion instruments will be provided;
participants are invited to bring their own.
