Soul Motion: Body Prayer

Body Prayer is an invitation to a journey of self-discovery, expression, connection, and play. We dance to an eclectic mix of music from classical to experimental; by ourselves, with others, and for a better world.

Open to any body over 15. First time beginners and mixed ability dancers, including those in wheelchairs, are always welcome.
