Seido (Sincere Way) is a traditional Japanese form of karate that incorporates centuries of karate tradition and concepts of respect, hard work, and commitment. Alongside the physical elements of training, we place great importance on the personal growth of each student, regardless of their skill level. In Seido Karate, the journey is far more important than the destination. Our goal is for students to not just become physically stronger, but to train safely and gain self-confidence. ‘Technique before Strength, Spirit before Technique’.
