Seido Karate: Ages 5-9

Seido Karate is a mentally engaging style of martial arts training that strengthens mind, body, and spirit. At our dojos we emphasize discipline, respect, and safety, as well as fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. With help from our skilled and dedicated teachers, you will gain skills that have lasting benefits in all areas of your life. Our classes cater to karate students of all ages and abilities.

$70 sign up + uniform
$80 monthly class fee

About the instructor:
A martial artist since the age of 8, Aidan obtained his Seido Karate black belt in 2000, in Auckland, New Zealand. After teaching both kids and adults for 2 years, he immigrated to the US where he studied other martial arts and also gained his 2nd degree black belt. Happy to be teaching in Sonoma County, Aidan himself trains at Seido Berkeley.
