Open Level Pilates Mat

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, repeating until August 20, 2022
Open Level Pilates Mat is classically based with focus on form and flow. We will work on core and hip stability and strength, spinal articulation and mobility, and release of the shoulders and feet. There will be modifications of most exercises and is open to all.
