Iyengar Yoga All Levels
Iyengar Yoga focuses on alignment, sequencing, and timing. Particular focus is given to the position of the body in each pose, the use of props to sustain poses with safety and support, and a longer time dedicated to each pose with consistency of breath, body awareness, and alignment.
What to bring: yoga belt, 2 blocks, blanket, water
