Seb Thai Chi: Intro to Tai Chi Form

Discussions of Tai Chi Principles; in depth instruction and practice of various warmups; and an introduction to learning, practicing, and remembering the Tai Chi Form will be included. Instructor brings over 40 years of enhancing the lives of thousands of older adults in SF.

Walk-ins are welcome to join the beginning Tai Chi Form class that started in February. Walk in fee-$20. Monthly fee- $15/class when the month is paid in full.
