Ecstatic Dance

The Ecstatic Dance musical journey starts slowly for stretching and gradually quickens – taking you on a rhythmic wave where you’ll dance hard and sweat, slowing down again, ending with a sound bath and short meditation.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle – prepare to be danced!
All are respectfully welcomed in this sacred space – leave alcohol, technology, verbal communication and shoes off the dance floor.
