The Ecstatic Dance musical journey starts slowly for stretching and gradually quickens – taking you on a rhythmic wave where you’ll dance hard and sweat, slowing down again, ending with a sound bath and short meditation. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle – prepare to be danced!
