“It has been an absolute pleasure working with the team at the Sebastopol Community Center. As a teacher and event facilitator, I have found their level of support and care to be exceptional. Not only have I excelled in the Youth Annex Building, but the staff has also been a delight to converse and work with. Their commitment to customer service has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend this venue enough if you’re looking for a space to book for your next event or class.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It's the middle of a quarter (e.g. February), can I still apply to rent at SCCC?
Yes. We try to establish ongoing renters on the quarter system in order to make it easier for all to plan, but you do not have to wait until a new quarter to begin your rental.
That said, please keep in mind that the time from proposal submission, to review, to booking can take at least 2 weeks and an immediate start, regardless of its relation to the start/end of a quarter, may not be possible.
How do I know which dates/times and rooms are available to book?
There are a lot of moving parts with our facility bookings which makes it difficult to be able to share a live view of our booking calendar. Please reach out with your preferred dates/times and we can help you schedule your reservation.
Can I have a substitute teach my class?
Yes, but SCCC must be notified, provided with their contact information, and they must also adhere to all SCCC policies and insurance requirements.
